Confirm your intent & select a payment method
Reply to Ari's welcome email to confirm your participation, then choose a payment method below. Options include pay in full, 2 or 3 monthly installments, cash/check/ACH, or a financial aid application.

Register your athlete through the national JCC Association system. Spectator passes are also purchased here. Athlete participation fees are paid directly to JLA — not through the national site.
Create or log in to your RegPack account
Use Chrome or Firefox. If you've registered before, click Login in the top right. New to RegPack? Click Sign Me Up and follow the on-screen steps.
Basic information
Fill in the athlete's information (not the parent's). Select J Los Angeles as your delegation. Complete all fields and click Go to next step.
Emergency contact information
Provide a contact who can be reached during the week of the Games.
Photo upload
Upload a recent headshot in .jpg or .png format. Solo shot only — no hats, sunglasses, or other people. Crop square before uploading.
Proof of age
Upload a .jpg, .png, or .pdf of a birth certificate, passport, or driver's license.
Parent/guardian information
Fill in parent or guardian details on this page.
Participation agreement
Both the athlete and parent/guardian must read and agree. The parent must e-sign — this is a legal, binding agreement.

The athlete answers a few questions to help JCC Association personalize the Maccabi experience.
Housing questions
Fill in athlete housing preferences. Note: kosher homes are limited, so read the kashrut levels carefully. Roommate requests are not guaranteed but are accommodated when possible — both teens must mutually request each other.
Athlete sport questions
Enter uniform sizes and select your sport. You'll need to select both the age bracket and age range — yes, both.

If applying for aid, reply to Ari's email noting your intention to apply, then complete the financial aid form below.

Pre-weekend — Jul 31–Aug 2
Shabbat activities, local touring, and team bonding with other Southern California delegations. Athletes stay at a hotel with coaches and staff.
Games week — Aug 3–7
Athletes move in with host families when the Games officially begin Sunday. Competition kicks off Monday morning.

Not included: (1) a JCC Cares community service item requested by the host community (typically a book, box of crayons, or non-perishable food item); and (2) any late paperwork fees assessed by JLA/JCC Association for paperwork not submitted on time. If any payment has not been made before the trip, your athlete will not be permitted to join.

Pre-departure events
After registration, you'll receive a full calendar of events leading up to the trip. These include a kick-off meeting, social events, a send-off meeting, and team practices. Practice dates are scheduled around athlete availability and typically take place in the few weeks before departure.
