Account & Consent Management: When you register or make a purchase through our SmartRec/Amilia-powered portal, you will create an Amilia account and may be asked to provide consent for data sharing at checkout. You can manage or withdraw that consent, and access or update your registration and purchase information, anytime through your Amilia account settings.
Media and Marketing: We may photograph or record participants at any class, program, or event for marketing and communications purposes. Registration or attendance constitutes consent to the use of your image in promotional materials, including social media, our website, print materials, and other digital content advertised or distributed by the J Los Angeles team to the public or to event/program sponsors, vendors, partners, or constituents. To opt out, email marketing@thejla.org with the full name and current photo of each individual requesting exclusion. Opt-outs must be renewed annually.
